Mention a user in my add-on

Hello!

I´m creating an add-on to the issues of Jira Cloud and I am using components from altaskit. What I want to do is mention a user that belongs to the project in an Inline Edit. I have already read the Jira Rest API, the atlaskit about mentions and the adf-builder but nothing helped me.

Can anyone tell me if this is possible and how to do it?
