Mention functionality in Comments not working. Is this happening for anyone else?

While using either "@" shortcut or using the '[+] Mention User' button, the interface won't populate with team members names. Can someone help? This is the latest version of Jira.

This is a browse permission issue.

Project Settings > Permissions > Browse Projects

You can modify this and add the user's group to it.

Hi Geoffrey,

We also found that some international input method can cause @mention to not work. If you switch to English @ mention will work.
