Hello, Is it possible to mention jira_users directly in the the portal view/channel of Jira Service Desk?

Hi @Emilia Mas - As far as I am aware group mentions, @jira-users for example, are not supported at this time from my understanding.

Do you know if there is any way to allow common users (no license) to interact via mentions through the Customer Portal.
