Menu Bar items do not display

When I am in the 'system dashboard' I can not click the menu items Dashboard, Projects, or Issues and get a list or anything to show up. The only I time I am able to get a list is somtimes when I am in an issue or when in 'Administrating Projects'.

I was using chome and tried to disable extensions, plugins and tried opeing in 'incognito' mode. Same results. I do have a list from the 'Test Sessions' menu item. This also fails to work in firefox but it does work in IE 10. I know this worked a few weeks ago.

Could you try running the browser in "safe mode"? Disable all the addons/plugins you have and try the site again?

A number of people have had problems like this with plugns.
