We have 2 teams who were working separately with separate issue types. But now they decided to work on single issue type(Same ticket number). They have two different workflows which needed to be integrated to 1 with few connecting transitions. These both workflows are too complex and will take a lot of time to integrate manually. So is there a way to merge them into one? We might have few more request from our users in future. Please let me know if more detail required on this.

If both teams are working in same project, go to the workflow scheme and assign your new workflow covering both issue types. In publish step, system will ask you to map statuses. Ex; If you delete an existing status which doesn't exist in new one, you need to map to new statuses.
ps: There is no automated way to merge two workflow into one. You need to design the workflow manually.
