Merge User from internal directory to Microsoft AD with issues and permission

We have migarated our old jira server 8.0 to Jira datacenter 9.0 and want to merge all the user in the internal directory with Microsft Active directory users with all the issues and permission.

Later on remove the duplicate users from Jira internal directory.
