Merge email accounts(JIRA)

Hi community members

we have email accounts for few users. we want to merge account A to account B, is there a way to do this ?  i want this such that account A activities are all merged to account B.

Hi sathishkumar,

Currently, it's not possible to merge accounts on Jira. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

In this case, the best option would be to bulk move the tickets associated with account A to account B and then remove the account A.

Thanks there are confluence spaces and pages created by account A how to move such items. also how to move tickets from account a to account b ?

To move tickets on Jira, you must go to Issues and Filters > Search issues and filter all tickets related to User A and then on the top right click on ... > Bulk change all > Follow the steps of each screen to change the assignee and/or reporter.
About Confluence we need to understand what do you need to change, can you give us more details about items you need to move?
