Merging Jira Directory with Crowd

Hi,

We are moving forward to implement crowd in our instance. 

We are currently using Jira Software and Jira Service Desk. We synchronize our AD on our Jira Server.

My question is simple but yet I was not able to find a proper answer yet. 

If I add my AD in Crowd and I link my crowd on our Jira Instance. How can I transfert the current permission  and licence from jira to crowd?

Is there some kind of automation?
