I need to merge 2 team managed spaces into 1 company managed, and both of those spaces have some custom fields that are really required but are lost during bulk change. And I am unable to recreate some of those fields in the exact same way, because some of them were specificaly created inside the team managed spaces. And I cannot "tell" the issues to move data from field to field.
I know about CSV metod, but it will be a loooong work. Also, CSV does not support images.
Is there any way that this can be done without losing the data or at least making it easier to restore it?

Thank you, it helped a bit, I am making progress.
Unfortunately there is an issue as a CSV does not let me map "Attachment" field from previous project to the "attachment" field of any kind in this new project.
Also, some (test) issues comes with an error that they doesn't have a valid Parent selection based on the Issue type hierarchy rules.
And there were also issues with transfering comments and some parts of issue types, since I cannot change them when importing.
Ie. Epik will not be changes to Epic even though it is the same thing, but has some naming issues.
