Method to Overwrite Strikethrough Formatting

During the import of comments using Jelly, there are certain areas that are being formated to strikethrough, most notably email headers such as:

I've managed to get through some of the issues by using HTML entity codes, but a few still remain. Anyone know how to bypass the formatting for cases like the one above?

It sounds like the Field Configuration for the Comment field is using Wiki Style Renderer. You can do one of two things here:

1. Add Wiki markup to your comments before importing (eg: {noformat}-----Original Message----- ... {noformat})
2. Change the Field Configuration use the Default Text Renderer for the Comment field
