Migrate Jira to Atlassian Cloud

Hello!

We have jira ans wiki hosting on the server of our Russian Atlassian re-seller (teamlead.ru). Addresses: https://kdsoft.teamlead.ru/, https://kdsoft-wiki.teamlead.ru/

For the next billing period we want to migrate to Atlassian cloud direct. How can we move all our data?

Broadly speaking, it's "upgrade your server to the latest possible versions of the server, then export it all and import it on Cloud".
