Migrating Cases from Fogbugz On Demand to Jira Cloud

We are moving to Jira Cloud and would like to import our current Fogbugz cases. There is mention of an External System Import, but I don't see one available for Fogbugz.

The CSV export from Fogbugz, and CSV import to Jira seems very limited. 

Any suggestions?

Jira Server versions can natively import from Fogbugz On Demand. This will pull your Fogbugz info in to a Jira Project pretty easily, with minimal data loss.  Unfortunately, there isn't a way to export a single Project from Server and import it in to an existing Cloud instance. You will need to pull the whole Cloud instance down and import it in to Server. Then, perform the Fogbugz import and push the whole mess back up in to Cloud.  Atlassian has this documented fairly well, and this also applies to  Server and Cloud merges. Sorry for the good news / bad news :)
