Migrating From TFS to JIRA

Hi, we are in the process of moving from TFS to JIRA. I followed this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHgW-ocvwXg&t=1s however the only import options I have in the 'JIRA Import wizard' screen are CSV, Trello and JSON. I do not have the option to import a Microsoft TFS export file as shown in the video. Any ideas why this might be or if this feature was removed?

Hi,

You can reach the external system import via two ways.

1) As a JIRA Software Users with Bulk Change permissions: 

   If you go for "Import issues from CSV" menu item under "Issues" in the top-menu, you will      find limited options , especially import from CSV,Trello and JSON

2) As JIRA Administrators with global permission

   If you Select Administration > System > Import & Export > External System Import. you can find more options as described in the video.

So please try with JIRA Admin permissions.

The video shows the use of a CSV file, so I'm a little confused by the question.
