Migrating JIRA Crowd Directory to Connector

Hi All,

I am trying to migrate users from CROWD directory (ID-10000) to Microsoft server Directory (ID-10100).

After sync i can see users are in both directory , duplicate usernames in both directory.

However crowd directory is disabled , users are able to login.

Will it impact on JIRA application ?

or

How do i update directory ID -10000 to ID-10100 in MSSQL db ?

Directory sequence is as follow

1- Internal Directory ( active)-1

2- Crowd Server (Inactive)-10000

3- Server Connector (Active)-10100

How to update groups as well ?
