Migrating Jira's data to a different type of database server

I've done correctly a migration of JIRA Server from Oracle Database to MSSQL, using the XML Backup Tool and following the instructions of the official documentation.

The main functionality of Jira apparently works well. But we found that the information of the following plugins was not exported/imported.

        Refined for JIRA

        Insight.

 

It is possible that the plugin's information were not exported?

Anybody knows something about it?

What about reexporting exact objects via built-in tool of app?
