Migrating Plug-In data BigGantt with Jira Migration

Hi,

We are in the process of merging our Jira Cloud to our existing Jira Server both instances have BigGantt installed and wanted to know how we can migrate the BigGantt data.

I have raise a support ticket with BigGantt but their are not being that helpful and their documentation is very poor.

Has anyone done this in the past and what method was used?

Hi Hkacha,

All add-ons on Jira Cloud are "Connect", it means that all data are kept, in this case, on SoftwarePlant side.
It will have some references in the backup about the add-on, but all information saved will be on their side and not Jira's side.
