At this time, there is no project export/imports in JIRA Cloud. Assuming that the destination instance already has content in JIRA that you want to keep/can't be wiped, the recommended process is to spin up a self-hosted JIRA Server instance where you'll merge the two Cloud instances together. Once the instances are merged on the local server instance, you'll need to delete any extra projects that you don't want to be migrated, and then you can create a backup of that instance and restore it on the destination Cloud instance. Please be aware that the import process will wipe all existing content from the destination Cloud instance before it restores the data from the backup, so please be sure you have all content backed up properly in case you need to revert the changes. Please allow me to state that that merging two Cloud instances together is not a simple endeavor. During the process, you'll need to recreate custom fields, issue types, statuses, workflows, and various other project configurations. This will require a few test runs in order to complete and we highly suggest you open up a new trial Cloud instance to perform the test migrations on. While we will not perform the migration on your behalf, we will be happy to help with any bug you run into.
