Migrating from Rational Team Concert to JIRA & GIT with Stash

Hello,

We are investigating the possibility of migrating away from Rational Team Concert as an ALM solution to Atlassian Suite of products, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this.

I am wondering about the ability to migrate in existing work items into JIRA, along with linked change sets to show how an item evolved over time.
