Migrating from Server to Cloud

Hi ,

I did a UAT Migration from UAT server to Staging Cloud on 1 Project in Jira Server. I did selected the only project users and groups to be migrated with Preserve group membership.

I did received this error. Attaching the screenshot of it.

Hi Yash,

Which migration method are you using? Jira Cloud Migration Assistant?

Regards error, it looks like you are missing users in Jira Cloud.
