Migrating from cloud to self-hosted

Hello,  is it possible to migrate from cloud to self-hosted? 

I don't have jira or confluence running on the server yet but I want to get the users working in it.

Hello,

You would need to take a Jira backup for server from your Jira Cloud and install this backup to your Jira Server.

For Confluence you would need to export spaces from the Cloud and import them to  Server.
