We are using this version of software on premise. We currently do not have a service contract. We want to migrate our system to the cloud.
We also use Confluence and want to connect to Microsoft Teams and Subversion.

Can anyone help us with this process?

Our JIRA database is SQL Server.

Hi Mark,

Hopefully by now you've migrated, but here are some references that might be helpful for future visitors:

If you still need support with your migration, please reach out to our technical support team and they'll be happy to help you out (even if your server maintenance is expired).

You won't be able to migrate to Cloud from that version - you'll need to upgrade and then migrate - see https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/migrating-from-jira-server-to-jira-cloud-779160826.html

You'll find the "integration" with MS Teams and Subversion quite a bit more limited in Cloud though.

Does upgrading our server version involve an additional cost before migrating to the cloud? We are currently not paying maintenance to Atlassian for JIRA software.

Yes, you should be on a supported licence to upgrade to 7.13

However, you could do it with a temporary evaluation licence if you're willing to jump through some extra hoops with licencing it - as you're migrating to Cloud where you'll be paying repeatedly, I don't think Atlassian will mind this.
