Migrating from server to data center, how can I take across Big Picture set up as well. I can find no pages that give me a process of how to do this. Big Picture 8.2.2 / Jira Software 8.13 server to Jira Software Datacenter 8.20

Anna, using your exact instruction given in the link above the dump fails at step 1.2, just gives us a "big picture crashed" screen. Any reasons for this?

Pinpointing the exact cause requires deeper dive into your instance setting. I recommend raising a ticket via our Service Desk so that our extremely helpful Technical Support Team will investigate your case individually and provide you with a solution.

Hi @Fred W ,

because all big picture data are stored at DB level, no actions are necessary in order to migrate its data from server to data center if you perform a manual upgrade.

will not be able to do this migration by just overwriting a licence, will be in a different location.
