Migrating issues from project to another

I really need your help, I need to know if I can migrate certain issues from an existing project to a new project that I want to create.

Yes, that is possible. You can either move each issue over to the new project, or you can create a filter that gives you all the issues you want to move and then use the bulk change option to move all issues.
