We are going to migrate Jira from Atlassian cloud to our on-prem server(7.12.3).

Before that we want to know what are all the preconditions steps need to take care of SOURCE (Atlassian cloud) and Destination(On-Prem).
What we need to know all configuration steps in detailed.

Hello,
The article that @Deepanshu Natani is the complete process, from Stop-to-End.
If you need individual help, please reach out to Atlassian Support or you can hire a local Partner expert, like @Jack Brickey suggested, at Atlassian Partner Directory.
We can give you tips and answers here on Community, but if you need someone to walk you through migration from start to end, it's best to work 1:1 with them rather than in a community.
Let me know if you have any trouble using any of those resources.
Regards,
Shannon

To be clear here, I am not an Atlassian Partner and am not for hire under those terms. I just help folks in need to the best of my ability. :-)
