Migration from Qualio to Jira document.

We are planning to migrate Qualio to Jira, Can you please provide the Atlassian KB to perform this activity.

There is not a a specific migration tool provided by Atlassian to migrate from Qualio to Jira issue tracking.

Are you moving the data to a Jira Cloud instance or a Jira Server/Data Center instance?

Both have data import options for importing the issue data. This page for Jira Cloud has links to information about importing data from a CSV file or from a JSON file.
