Depending on setup complexity it can vary from hours to days. If you use extra apps (e.g. JMWE, ScriptRunner, Tempo Timesheets, etc.) it requires extra effort to migrate and re-configure. it. Last time we did such migration for ca. 250k issues and some extra apps it took a week in total. Please be aware that next-gen projects cannot be migrated from atlassian cloud and need extra effort to migrate them, specifically when you created roadmaps or next-gen custom fields.
