Migration never ends

Hi,

I launched a Jira server to cloud test migration two days ago. All worked great except the migration of the Structure app data. The Structure migration has been marked as running for two days (and is at 0%) and there is unfortunately no "cancel" or "abort" button.

I tried deleting all Structure data on cloud, but this did not help. I noticed that on Cloud, it is not possible to insert a structure into another. On our server, we have a structures containing others - I wonder whether this has something to do with the bug.

Does anyone know what might be the source of our problem? And whether there is a way to cancel/abort a migration?
