Migration of JIRA Cloud Version to Server

We are using Cloud Version jira v1000.718.6 with Confluence and going to migrate our Cloud Version to Server Version,we are going to buy JIRA license shortly.We need your guidance on what are the steps which we have to follow for this. Also please let us know the kind of support we'll be getting from you for a license version.
