Migration of Jira & Confluence from one agency to another

Hi.

I am on the client side of the project and in the process of switching from one agency to another. And I want the existing Jira & Confluence projects and issues to be completely migrated to the new agency. What would be the best way for me?

Also, one thing to consider is that the current agency is worried that the personal information (names, email addresses) will remain as history or such when migrated. 

Please suggest an ideal solution for my situation.

By agency, I meant the company in charge of our project.
