Misc Custom Fields Plugin on The Universal Plugin Manager

I cannot find the JIRA Misc Custom Fields Plugin using the Universal Plugin Manager, is there any reason why is not showing up there?

Hi Steve, OnDemand has a list of restricted functions and Misc Custom Fields Plugin is not in the list of Add-ons you can use in the OnDemand platform.
