Missing Filter Counts Gadget

Is Filter Counts gadget only available with JSM? We didn't renew JSM license and the gadget disappeared from my cloud instance.

The below screen shot is from previous days when this gadget was available and working fine

That gadget is only available for JSM. 

If you need a filter count gadget, be aware that our Great Gadgets app offers various gadgets that can calculate the count and other formulas like SUM, MIN, MAX, AVERAGE or combinations. 

Issue Filter Formula Gadget - can calculate COUNT, SUM, AVERAGE, etc. Can be also configured as gauge chart.

Advanced Issue Filter Formula Gadget - can calculate COUNT, SUM, AVERAGE, percentages for up-to six filters

Pivot Table & Pivot Chart Gadget - calculate count, sum, percentages etc and display it in multi-dimensional tables, heat-map tables or charts

Hi Vishal - Yes, that is only available for JSM subscriptions.
