Missing Settings option under Your Profile and settings

Hello,

I'm trying to access my personal settings in JIRA as described in this link:

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-your-jira-personal-settings/

However, when I click my profile picture there is no 'Settings' option.

JIRA version: v8.6.0#806000-sha1:737bcc0

Please let me know what i'm missing or what i can do to get access to these settings. The end goal is to be able to change the e-mail notifications JIRA sends to my user e-mail.

Hi Jasper, that article is for Cloud not Server. What exactly are you trying to configure? Maybe this article will help - managing-your-user-profile

What i'm trying to achieve is being able to disable most or all e-mail notifications JIRA sends to my user e-mail. For example when someone mentions me in a comment.

Jasper, I think that your are pretty limited on what you, as a user, can do in Server for notifications. Other than disabling notifications for your own changes (wise). I may be wrong but a quick look at the docs did not provide anything contrary to that. You might chat w/ your admin and see if they can back off the notifications and/or consider using the Batch notification feature
