Missing Story status in the dropdown list

Hi,

We have a workflow with 11 statuses - they are all marked as ALL to ALL.

For some reason sometimes when opening Stories I can't see the Done status.

I am not sure why, any suggestions, please?

@Shmuel can you click on the transition which goes to Done status (Click on arrow that goes from All to Done status) > Click on Condition and share a screenshot with us ? This is probably caused by a workflow condition

Now I notice that in the screenshot the resolution is "Done" (for some reason) but it's not really relevant as it's also happening for other Stories with resolutions
