Missing a Story from Version Workload Report

Cindy Kapas November 5, 2018

I have a Story that is assigned to a user and is assigned to the Fix Version I am pulling the report for. Everything looks accurate, except that I noticed I am missing one specific story from this report.

Any thoughts as to why this may be?

Hello Cindy,

Does the Issue in question have an estimate, as the Workload report looks at how much work a user has been allocated and display the remaining workload.  So if there is no estimate then its considered a workload of 0 so no work item is present to allocate and look at work remaining for the issue, as such the issue is excluded from the report.

Another possibility is if this is only one issue type being excluded (Story) but other issue types are included, you may be using different field configuration schemes between the various issue types and the Resolution Field may be set to hidden under the field configuration scheme used by the Story issue type on the project, and this would also exclude the issues.

Regards,
Earl
