Missing base URL

I want to change the base URL, however in General Configuration -> System I don`t find such a setting. Why is this and how can I change the URL?

Hi @Kodetec Welcome to the community. 

If you are talking about the site URL, it's present in the Admin hub and you need to an Org admin to change it. You can find the steps here- https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/update-a-product-url/
