Missing fields when using JMWE's Set issue fields Post-Function

When using JMWE's Set Issue Fields Post-Function, the dropdown list of fields is only showing 1 field (Affects versions) when, from our understanding, all fields should be listed here. In this particular instance, we are trying to set the Epic Link field, which is missing.

I've attached a screenshot here:
