Missing information about site-admin

Hi teams,

My commany has using JIRA Cloud but we are missing information about site-admin user. So we can not delete old user and we had to pay more money than earlier. Please let me know about site-admin.

Site admins have the highest privilege for a site and any site admin can remove and add other site admins to the site.
