Missing project role for shared filter

Hello all,

I think my problem is simple to solve, but I just can't figure it out. I have several project roles stored in my project and also a custom permission scheme. But when I want to share a filter, the role just doesn't show up in the selection (see screenshot). Where else do I need to add a project role to make it appear?

Do other Roles show up in the dropdown for the project? Or none at all? 

What type of project is it?

And you are the owner of the filter?
