Missing "Edit Source" in "Issues Sources" in JIRA Plans

Hello Everyone,

Recently, upgraded JIRA to 8.20.8. After, it was discovered that "Issues Source" no longer has "Advances Settings" and "Edit Sources" option.

The path, in Plans, is Configure->Issue sources

Any assistance would be helpful, thank you.
