Modify appearance standard for user name

When a user is registered, the appearance of his name and surname are different from one user to anoter. Can we standardize the appearance of Name Surname. For example if the mail is francois.leblanc@manpower.fr, can the label be Francois Leblanc?

Not sure if I'm understanding your question.

If your site is connected to company identity, those data come directly from company identity source and it's required to go there to edit.

If not, but your organization has managed users, it is possible to change some data, probably the name and surname too.

Otherways, thise data are editable only by users directly from the personal profile settings.
