Modify subtask that gets created by default when an new issue type is created

I'm trying to modify a subtask that gets created by default when an new issue is created.  I checked under automation, but don't see it.  Where else can i go to check that?

@Eman Khan is the sub-task created by automation?  If so you can add a branch to that automation for most recently created issue.

Actually re-reading you question, if a sub-task is created by default then it is most likely to be done by an automation unless you have a marketplace app that does it for you.
