Modifying the TEMPO Account Monthly Budget Burn-Up Chart Widget

Hello I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way of tweaking the TEMPO Account Monthly Budget Burn-Up Chart Widget so it shows the budget, hours worked and the hours billed (hours worked minus Not Billable)?
