Monitoring Comments

Hello, 

My project team and I use the comments section a lot in JIRA to ask questions around stories. To ensure all questions are answered, is there any way to tag comments as unanswered until it is ticked off as answered? And also, would there be a way to query the unanswered questions?

Any other recommendations of how to manage the question workflow would be appreciated.

Do you also own Confluence? The functionality you are talking about is available in Confluence and you might want to rethink your process if you also have Confluence.

You cannot do this in JIRA, unless you get an add-on that can do this. Haven't seen one yet but you might want to take a look in the Marketplace.
