Monthly cost for Zypher cloud is calculated in terms of Zeyphr cloud users or overall Jira users?

I am having

Total Jira Projects: 4

Total Jira members: 14 jira users

1 project using Zephyr cloud with 4 users accessing it.

Zypher monthly cost???

If that project(with Zyphr cloud) has only 4 users or say 10 users, then what will be the Zypher monthly pricing for us? (10$ per month as only 4 people assigned to Zephyr project?)

Will it be calculated in terms of Zeyphr users or Jira users?

The price of Zephyr matches with how many Jira users you have. You have 14 Jira users so that would cost $4.25 per user per month. Your total price would be $59.50 per month. The pricing and licensing model is an Atlassian policy.

But the License tier of the add-on app must match the base applications user tier, so this would be calculated off the total licensed users in Jira.
