Monthly reporting

I would like a report to show monthly tickets. Filtered by Custom Request, Incident and Standard request. What is a way this could be done?

Can you please provide more information about the report you want? Can you mock up an example?

How does "monthly" factor into the report? Do you want to run the report each month, or do you want a report that shows data per month? 

Are you looking for a two dimensional table with months as one axis and Custom Request, Incidents, and Standard Request as the other axis? Or a graph with trend lines?
