Most frustrated....

This app is put together without...anyway...In Team Driven Model I can create a RiskIssue and therefore a Risk Registry but not Reports. In Company Lead, I can get reports but cannot create RiskIssue and a Risk Registry. This is the most backward application I have seen. You're tying our hands. You're taking away two very powerful tools.

Are you trying to create new issues types in company managed projects?
