Hi all!
I am using the recruiting template and I'm trying to transition a candidate when all of its subtasks are done. This is the code I'm trying but no luck so far. Does anyone know what can I do instead?

@Martina Looks like the status that you are transitioning to needs to have a resolution set as well. Just add that and it should work.

@Brant Schroeder I'm sorry I don't really understand. Do you mean the sub-task's status or the candidate' status (parent issue)?
If so, any clue from where should I add it?

Hello @Martina
In the image of the rule you appear to be trying to transition the parent issue to "Graduated". Looking at the parent issue OAO-86 in the UI, are you able to manually change it from its current status of "Confirmation" to "Graduated"?
Sometimes a workflow is designed to allow only certain transitions. If there is not an option in the workflow to go from the parent issue's current status to "Graduated", then the Automation Rule will not be able to complete that transition.
The error message is telling us that either there is no path from the parent issue's current status to the status you specified, or possibly the status you specified is not valid for the issue type of the parent issue.
