Move existing Jira DC Project to Jira Cloud

I have been asked this question by my seniors - 

Request to move existing Jira DC projects to Jira Cloud.

Is this possible? If so, is there a guide on how this can be completed?

Any support would be greatly appreciated, I have just started recently, and am still 'new' to the world of Jira, but very keen to learn more.
