Move issue is disabled only for 1 issue in the project

I have a project we are planning to Archive and move all the issues to different project in JIRA. We are able to move all the issues except 1 issue.

Next button is not visible after we click "More-> move" action button. What could be wrong?

The easiest way to find out why is to use the permission helper.

The Permission Helper is a feature that assists with quick troubleshooting of permissions in Jira, so if you are unable to perform this action on this particular issue I would recommend you try this first.

It could be some "Issue Security" applied or some permission that was lost along the way.

Perform this check and if it doesn't work, return with an equivalent error message or more details about it.

I tried. I was able to move all other issues and New issues( created for testing). permission says " I have permission to move the issues".

one observation was, Subtasks under this task are already Archived. however as per Atlassian documentation Subtasks can't be Archive on its own. But somehow my Script runner query picked and Archive these Subtasks.

Other than this, no other impact to the issue.

We end up create new issue in new Project ( this leaves all Audit Trail data with old issue) and closed the issue we wanted to move.
