Move issue to top sprint in Project board view

Dear all,

We have a strange issue in our Jira DataCenter version 9.11.2

When right click on an issue vivible on a non Active sprint we have a menu "Move to Top Sprint".

When doing so on one of our issue, the issue move to top and get back to its initial position

Any one face the same issue ?

You may also get some other responses beyond mine. However one thing to consider is 9.11.2 is not an LTS version so many data center users won't be using it, as one of the primary reasons for data center is stability, hence a lot of Data Center users use LTS versions

Things to check. Does this happen for all your boards or only specific boards? I would also recommend setting up a staging environment if you do not have one to try and reproduce it there as well.

Beyond that too another thing to try if it can be reproduced would be to boot into safe mode on the lower environment as that will disable the plugins in your instance and if it doesn't occur there you know it's related to a third party app

If it's still reproducible after all that generally what we do is send support zips to atlassian to help us troubleshoot
